Booking agreements between SRP and said client shall not become effective until a non-refundable deposit has been paid. At the time of the agreement takes affect, SRP shall reserve the date and time agreed upon and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for said date and time. For this reason, in the event that a client cancels (less than 4 months before the event) for any reason, all monies due shall be retained by SRP in order to offset its loss of business.
